A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of catching up over lunch with an incredibly talented friend an actress who also runs a unique ghost tours business spanning multiple countries. As we savored a particularly delightful slice of Margherita pizza, we dove into a conversation about innovation and how to elevate engagement and sales in her thriving enterprise.
